Welcome to Travelixer. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and the booking of any travel experiences, tickets, tours, or services (collectively, "Services") through our platform. By accessing our platform or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Travelixer acts as an intermediary platform that connects you with local tour operators, attraction providers, and activity organizers ("Suppliers"). We provide the booking platform, but the actual travel service is provided by the respective Supplier. The contract for the travel service is concluded directly between you and the Supplier.

2. Booking and Contracting

When you place an order on Travelixer, you are making a binding offer to book the selected Service. The contract is formed once we send you a confirmation email containing your voucher or ticket. You must ensure that all personal information provided during the booking process is accurate and matches your official identification documents.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We use secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full credit card details.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific Service and Supplier. The applicable cancellation policy will be clearly displayed on the activity page and during the checkout process. Standard bookings generally allow for a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. "Non-refundable" tickets cannot be canceled or modified once booked.

5. Liability

Travelixer is liable for the proper operation of our booking platform. However, we are not liable for the execution of the travel service itself, which is the sole responsibility of the Supplier. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to make fraudulent, speculative, or false reservations. Travelixer reserves the right to cancel bookings or suspend accounts if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
